The Works of Miss Elise Reid Boylston
Miss Elise Reid Boylston was an artist, a writer, and a teacher -- a teacher of young children and a teacher of teachers.
She was the author of numerous articles on art and was editor of The School Arts Magazine. She wrote many children's
books that were used in the Atlanta schools. In 1968, her book, Atlanta: Its Lore, Legends and Laughter, was published and
the proceeds donated to the Psi State Building Fund. Miss Boylston also wrote the song, "When Dreams Come True" for
